Good nature photography is not a question of the brand name of the camera used, but it is a question of the appropriate equipment for the intended application.
The Canon (D)SLR reflex system accompanies me since my analogue photographer times, starting in the year 1970 and were always reliable systems for me. Even today in the time of digital SLR Systems (DSLR) Canon cameras and Canon lenses form the basis of my hobby as a nature photographer. Canon technology is still the guide for the further development of digital photography of all camera systems and manufacturers on the market.
Canon was, among other things, the developer of digital image stabilization in lenses, a milestone in digital photography technology, especially in the telephoto lenses for nature photography. The further development of the full-frame cameras is also associated with an enormous gain in the area of image quality.

The Panasonic GH5 is now the best DSLM video camera I know. Especially in my work area with the nature shots with birds with 4K 25 Fps and 4K 50 Fps, there are many possibilities with extreme resolutions and slow motions to depict the movements of the birds very well. Also recording in V-Log mode offers very good opportunities in the NAT processing and in the mixing of recordings with the CANON EOS 5D4 C-Log and new also with the EOS R Clog. That's when I'm looking forward to listening shots.
